Rates for Off Site Administrative Assistance are as follows: (Please request information on Human Resources consulting from your TRC Rep)

 

Project and Hourly rates are $35.00 per hour for Administrative Services.  Detailed to the minute reporting is included with retainer clients.

A 50% deposit must be pre-paid based on the project estimate.

A sample of the finished project will be submitted to the client with a final invoice for the project. Project will be delivered after final payment is received.

Discounts are available for retainer clients.  These agreements are for a minimum of three months at a time (payable monthly)

Fee schedules are as follows:

10 hours a month receives a 5% discount ($33.25/hour)  $332.50 a month.

20 hours a month (or more) receives a 10% discount ($31.50/hour) $630.00 a month based on 20 hours.

Retainer fees are to be paid in advance and are due by the 1st of  each month.

Unused hours are not carried over to the next month.

 

 

Although off site administration may initially sound like a higher rate than an on-site assistant
you save the cost of benefits
and overhead that would have to be applied to the new employee’s wage.

And, because of our level of experience, we are more efficient usually more experienced, more efficient, than a typical on site assistant. We will need to spend less time on a project to get the same results. We average 480 hours a year versus 2080 for the average employee.
